Big Sky Snow

Snow is a 2004 Drum Horse mare.  She was bred by,
 Big Sky Gypsy & Drum Horses in Montana.  Her sire is non other than Galway Warrior.  A true British Drum Horse once owned by the Queen of England and who, until his passing, resided in Colorado
at Black Forest Shires & Gypsy Horses. 
Her Dam is the lovely black Clydesdale mare, Donegal Sue.

Snow is a very athletic mare with a fabulous disposition.  She rides English, Western and Sidesaddle as well as drives.  After being ridden only four times, she participated in three Christmas Parades!   She has the personality and mind to match her pretty looks.   

Snow is confirmed in foal to the awesome Shire stallion Dapplewood's Paladin for 2010! 
Paladin is owned by Laurel Eaton of Avalon Shires. 

UPDATE... 

Snow foaled a beautiful filly in May of 2010.  Shortly after, we lost Snow to severe colic.  We are extremely saddened by the loss of this beloved family member and awesome Drum Horse mare. 

Snow's daughter, Imbri, has done well and turned into an unbelievably nice filly.  She now lives with the Moorhouse's of Anderson SC along with two of Chalk's daughter's.  One of the girls, Regan, is also out of our Snow making her Imbri's half sister.  We have high hopes that this lovely filly will live up to the legacy left by her amazing dam.
